My Favorite Documentaries, Books & Podcasts

It was the documentary The Game Changers that started me on my whole food plant-based eating journey. Within days I had watched several more films, found some great books, and dialed into one of the best podcasts out there. Here's a list of my favorites:

Documentaries

The Game Changers

Forks Over Knives

Eating You Alive

Diet Fiction

There are several more, many of which have graphic content highlighting the environmental impact of mass producing eggs, dairy, meat, and fishing.

They include:

Earthlings
Cowspiracy
Seaspiricy

Milked

New films and YouTube videos are being added every day. I linked the four documentaries I found most enlightening.

Books

These range from deeply scientific to easy reads. I've only included the ones I've read so far.

Podcasts

I especially enjoy the PCRM (Physician's Committee for Responsible Medicine) Exam Room Podcast. They also host Facebook Live broadcasts as well. The Exam Room is available on iTunes, Spotify, etc.

PlantStrong is another great podcast - Rip Esselstyn has many interesting guests and he's great to listen to.

Those are my main two - after all, there are only so many hours in a day.
